Located in the new Shock Hill development this private single family home is right next to the Shock Hill Gondola Station for the ultimate in "Gondola In Gondola Out" convenience. The home covers approx 2,400 sq ft and is laid out over 2 levels. With 3 bedrooms plus a Den and 3.5 baths, there is plenty of space to easily accommodate 8 people. The open living/kitchen/dining area has cathedral ceilings adding to the spacious feel. There is a large river rock fireplace, and the whole property has been finished to an exceptionally high standard.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. the bathrooms are finished in Travertine. The master with a King bed, fireplace, jetted tub, and separate shower stall is located on the main level. The two guest bedrooms are on the lower level with Queen beds (one with private bath). The den is also located on the lower level and features a full office set up, a 20" flat screen TV, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The third full bath shared between the Den and the 3rd bedroom also features a "soaking tub".
