With the convenience of being only 100 yards from the lifts at Peak 9 and only a half a block from down town Main Street makes this unbelievable location make these Park Avenue Lofts a must see!

These recent construction one, two and three bedroom plus loft units have amenities ranging from full kitchens many with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplaces, high speed wi fi internet access and some with private hot tubs.  The complex has heated underground parking with elevator access make it very easy to get to even your top floor unit. There is an exercise room and also secure ski storage on site. Most units also have great views to the slopes
