The Powderhorn condo complex is located just a short walk to the Peak 9 Base area and the Quicksilver High speed 6 pack chair. Convenient for both town and the slopes, Powderhorn is a great complex for those looking for good middle of the road to high end accommodations at a realistic price.
Each condo is fully equipped with all that you could need - full kitchen, living room and TV. Each unit has a gas fireplace, private deck and high speed internet access, some also have private laundry facilities. The complex features a swimming pool and common area hot tub for guest use at the Columbine Clubhouse just across the street as well as garage parking.
Most of these condos have been completely remodeled and updated and are beautifully finished. However, these units are sold on a "first come first served" basis and the early birds do get the worms - so book early for this one!!!
