The Prospect Point condominiums and Townhomes are located in friendly Frisco, just off the Dam road are modern, stylish and well-appointed and beautifully decorated.

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, some with cozy fireplaces, great decks and all have common area hot tub access.

The Townhome units are laid out over 3 levels with tandem garages, three private decks, and the 3 Bed + Den units also have Hot tubs which are semi private (shared between each two adjacent units on the back deck). The 4 bedroom Townhome does not have a private hot tub (but the complex does have a common area hot tub).

This quality development will not disappoint you and with great pricing, they won't break the bank!
