This new complex is located next to the Lagoon Townhomes complex just off of Highway 9 and close to both the lake and to our local Walmart and Safeway stores as well as several restaurants/bars and specialty shops.

These are townhome style 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom plus loft units. The complex is newly constructed and all units are very nicely finished, furnished and decorated featuring washer/dryers, gas fireplaces, nice deck areas, and common area hot tubs. These units are set to follow the Mountainside and Lagoon complexes in becoming one of Frisco's favorite complexes.
