This 1500 square foot private home is located in the Peak 7 Neighborhood a few miles from downtown and nestled on a quiet lot surrounded by virgin forest. The home comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over 2 levels. The home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.
Designed around a traditional European style ski lodge, the use of space is excellent and the home was completely remodeled in 2008 and features all of the finishes and technology that you would expect in a newly built home including large flat screen HD TV's, DVD's, PS2 gaming with wi fi throughout. The home features a spacious kitchen with all that you could need. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open plan with a dining table that can seat six and a further three seats at the breakfast bar. Ther living room features a cozy fireplace and home theater system.
The main level also boasts a "mud" room with ski and gear storage space and a laundry room. There is a further queen bedroom and full bathroom on the main level with a jetted tub. The upper level features a queen bedroom, a double twin bedroom and the second bathroom with steam shower. There is also a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.
Additionally the home has parking for 3 cars, heated entryway steps, a private salt water hot tub on the back deck and also a gas grill for the steaks! Guests also receive a complimentary parking pass for the Gondola Parking Lot in town.
