Black Bear Lodge Crested Butte
This new condo complex offers luxurious units and is located just a short walk from the Peach Tree lift and the T-Bar. If you wish to get direct access to the top of the mountain then take the free skier shuttle to the main base area lifts (Silver Queen or Red Lady) which stops out front every 30 minutes. These condos are all Platinum Rated, and if you are looking for a high end unit with good access to the slopes then this is it!
Each condo in this complex is lavishly appointed with gourmet kitchens featuring granite counter tops throughout, all of the living areas have huge stone gas fireplaces, and home theater systems with large screen TV's and DVD's. The master bathroom also is equipped with a jetted tub to soak in after a tough day on the mountain. The condos all have high and/or vaulted ceilings with Lodgepole Pine accents. The furnishings and decor reflect a Colorado Country feel and each unit is nicely finished with accent pieces. One really nice feature is that the units have excellent soundproofing which can be an issue in some of the older buildings...
The Black Bear complex also features excellent amenities with heated driveways and sidewalks, heated underground parking, elevators, large common area hot tub, ski lockers, Wireless Internet access in the lobby, and some amazing Mountain and down valley views (from the hot tub especially!).
