Although Gateway condominiums are listed as technically shuttle in shuttle out, in reality they are within close proximity to the base area lifts of Keystone Mountain and easily within walking distance (unless you are carrying your kids/gear!). This gives you great access, not only to the mountain but also to the town for the great shops, bars and restaurants available at River Run.
