The Mountains USA, LLC is seeking to employ a full time Operational
Manager in Frisco, Colorado.
At least 4 years experience and a bachelor’s
degree in business administration is required.
Duties include the following:
- Direct & coordinate activities of business;
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules & assigning specific duties;
- Conduct staff training & development;
- Maintain & improve financial reporting systems & implement new systems to monitor progress & improvements;
- Establish & implement policies, goals, objectives, & procedures, conferring with board members;
- Find, hire & train staff required for any new ventures;
- Monitor businesses & agencies to ensure that they efficiently & effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits;
- Provide financial projections & cost/benefit analyses for potential expansions;
- Determine goods & services to be sold, & set prices & credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
