The Mountains USA, LLC is seeking to employ a full time Operational Manager in Frisco, Colorado.

At least 4 years experience and a bachelor’s degree in business administration is required.

Duties include the following:

• Direct & coordinate activities of business;
• Manage staff, preparing work schedules & assigning specific duties;
• Conduct staff training & development;
• Maintain & improve financial reporting systems & implement new systems to monitor progress & improvements;
• Establish & implement policies, goals, objectives, & procedures, conferring with board members;
• Find, hire & train staff required for any new ventures;
• Monitor businesses & agencies to ensure that they efficiently & effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits;
• Provide financial projections & cost/benefit analyses for potential expansions;
• Determine goods & services to be sold, & set prices & credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
